Pleased to hear this morning that The Road to Civitella, 1944 – the Captain, The Chaplain and the Massacre has reached the shortlist of four books for the Hall & Woodhouse DLF Writing Prize (Dorchester Literary Festival). Looking forward to visiting Poundbury for the event at the Duchess of Cornwall on 18 July when the winner will be announced.
