BBC Security correspondent Frank Gardner OBE will be talking about his latest fictional thriller, Ultimatum (published in September 2017), the second book in a trilogy. Also appearing are Man Booker Prizer shortlister Graeme Macrae Burnet, local crime writer Jon Stock as well as Will Self who will open the festival with the Golding Lecture in the Town Hall.
